Join us for our annual school community celebration! This event is open to the entire Severna Park Community, not just students and their families.
This year's event is planned for Friday, September 25th from 5:30-7:30pm. We will have more inflatable obstacles courses and bounce houses than in year's past, carnival games, DJ & live music, food, a raffle, and much more!
Food made available for purchase will include:
Chick-fil-A sandwiches
Squisito's Pizza (by the slice)
Assorted Snacks & Drinks
Anything Bundt Cakes
PLUS The Go Melvo Snoball truck!
We've been planning since early July and there is still lots to do! If you are available on Sundays at 7pm for a virtual meetings please email spelementarypto@gmail.com and connect with us to receive a meeting link. We will continue to meet weekly until the event.
We still need someone to lead the organization of our raffle! Please reach out if this is a role you can take on to learn more details. A team has already been reaching out to local businesses and organizations to collect donations of fun gift cards and other items so we just need someone to organize it all and volunteers.
As the largest school event we host all year there are a variety of ways you can support this event. Please browse our volunteer opportunities and sign up for as little as a 30-minute block. We welcome the support of middle and high school students who are looking for an opportunity to return back to SPES and or collect service hours.
We are actively inviting local businesses and organizations to participate in our event. Click below to find out more information regarding sponsorships, auction donations, and vendor tables. DEADLINE TO PARICIAPTE IS FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 4TH.
We appreciate all the following local businesses who will be joining us in support of SPES:
FRIENDLY REMINDERS:
- This will be a CASH ONLY event. Wifi signal is limited at the school and would create more headaches if we went digital so we appreciate your understanding.
- Guests are encouraged to walk, bike, and carpool as you can since we have a small parking lot that fills up quickly.
- While this is an event open to the whole community, all children are expected to be accompanied by an adult who can remain with them throughout the course of the evening.
