Supervision Policy & Code of Conduct Statement

Maintaining a safe, enjoyable, and family-friendly environment is the highest priority for all SPES PTO sponsored events and activities. Please help us by following these guidelines:

 

Supervision of each child by a parent, guardian, or trusted adult is REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES during PTO sponsored events and activities. The supervising adult is responsible for ensuring that their child participates in a safe and responsible manner. All participants are expected to treat all staff, volunteers, and other participants with respect. The building, grounds, and materials used for events should remain free of damage or misuse. Participants are expected to adhere to the AACPS Handbook guidelines. The PTO is not responsible for injuries or damage, loss, or theft of personal items. Behavior or language that is inappropriate for a family environment, threatening, destructive, unsafe, or not in accordance with AACPS guidelines may result in the participant being asked to leave the event without a refund.


 

Please note that tickets are non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled for any reason, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
