PTO Fall 2026 Clubs Registration

2026 Fall After School Clubs interest registration is open October 2nd - 9th.

Spots in clubs are limited by various factors such as space size and number of volunteers. This form will collect interest for clubs and then all students names will be placed into a random lottery. Students will be notified of club placement based on preferences noted on this form submissions. A notification will be sent to the email address provided. 

 

If you have more than one student, please make separate form submissions for each.

  • Lead PTO parent volunteers: Deirdre Huntsinger & Ben Petit
  • Purpose: Engaging imagination, creativity, and structural skills to create fun Lego builds!
  • Number of students: 16
  • Grade levels accepted: 1st - 3rd Grades
  • Cost per student: $10 (blocks, various other building or activity materials)
  • Day of the week: Wednesdays 2:25 - 3:25 p.m.
  • Meeting Dates: 10/21, 10/28, 11/4, 11/11, 11/18, 12/2, 12/9 (not meeting 11/25)
  • PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED each week, signup to follow

  • Lead PTO parent volunteers: Rachel Benney
  • Purpose: Engaging imagination, creativity, and structural skills to create fun Lego builds!
  • Number of students: 16
  • Grade levels accepted: 3rd-5th Grades
  • Cost per student: $10 (blocks, various other building or activity materials)
  • Day of the week: Mondays 2:25 - 3:25 p.m.
  • Meeting Dates: 10/19, 11/9, 11/16, 11/30, 12/7, 12/14 (not meeting 10/26, 11,2 & 11/23)
  • PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED each week, signup to follow

  • Lead PTO parent volunteers: Caroline Rossiello
  • Purpose: Learn and play kickball, engage in fun games and learn good sportsmanship. 
  • Number of students: 14
  • Grade levels accepted: 2nd - 3rd Grades
  • Cost per student: $10 (minimal game playing supplies)
  • Day of the week: Mondays 2:25 - 3:25 p.m.
  • Meeting Dates: 10/19, 11/6, 11/16, 11/30, 12/7, 12/14 (not meeting 10/26, 11/2, & 11/23)
  • PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED each week, signup to follow

  • Lead PTO parent volunteers: Lindsay Shifflette & Alison Hines
  • Purpose: Have fun creating kid-friendly recipes
  • Number of students: 14
  • Grade levels accepted: 2nd - 3rd Grades
  • Cost per student: $10 (ingredients and additoinal supplies)
  • Day of the week: Wednesdays, 2:25 - 3:25 p.m.
  • Meeting Dates: 10/21, 10/28, 11/4, 11/11, 11/18, 12/2, 12/9 (not meeting 11/25)

How will your student be dismissed after each meeting? **Please make sure to properly communicate this plan each week with your student. For the safety of students, and to coordinate proper communication, we ask that students follow the dismissal plan provided here unless a parent/guardian emails the school and club leads with a change in plans.**
