Volunteer your time in 30-minutes increment to assist school staff in monitoring students during lunch and/or recess. Expectations for your time include assisting students, assisting staff as needed, ensuring lunch/recess areas are clear of debris at the end of the period.
Volunteers should be sure to help ALL students during the lunch/recess period and not only your student. Recess/lunch monitors should not use this time as an opportunity to conduct one-on-one discussions with staff about your student. Our role is to provide an extra set of eyes and hands!
All volunteers will be under the supervision of school staff. All volunteers MUST have an active clear background check on file.
Volunteers slots are not available/needed during early dismissal days.
