2026 Fall Festival Volunteers

PLEASE NOTE THESE TIME SLOTS ARE ONE-HOUR. Meet in the gym to find the Committee Lead and/or Volunteer Coordinator who will let you know how you can help.

Various tasks may include, but are not limited to hanging signs, hanging decorations, hanging lights, setting up auction/raffle tables, setting up concessions, setting up pop-up tents, directing vendors per planning map, setting up prize table, making popcorn, filling coolers with ice, etc.

***PTO Committee members, Board Members - please sign up here if you will be present during set-up.

Help get families in the door by handing out wristbands and selling same day tickets. There are two entrances (B&A Trail Entrance and Blacktop Entrance). We need volunteers at each entrance until 7:00pm. After 6:30pm, only one volunteer is required at each entrance. 

**Due to cash handling we ask that this sign-up be for adults only.**

Oversee one of our 8 rented carnival-styled game booths. These will all be hosted on the blacktop. Students will have a map to be stamped after they have completed the station to present to a prize table once complete. No prizes will be handed out at the game stations. The week prior to the event all volunteers will receive information about their station and rules of their assigned game. First shift is requested to arrive a little prior to opening so you are in place and ready to greet students and families starting at 5:30pm. 

*Each game is required to have a volunteer at all times. This is a GREAT volunteer opportunity for middle and high school students looking to collect service hours.* 

Located in the gym, concessions will include pizza by the slice, popcorn, chick-fil-a sandwiches, assorted snacks, and drinks. Assistance is needed selling items to all guests.

Located in the gym, students will come to this table to present a event map with stamps showing they have completed it to receive a complimentary prize bag!

Located in the gym, closing of raffle/silent auction items. This may including collecting bid sheets, raffle ticket selection, winner recording and distributing items. 

Help clean up the grounds and take down school/PTO items (vendors will remove games/inflatables).

Various tasks may include, but are not limited to removing hanging signs, hanging decorations, hanging lights, breaking down tables, collapsing pop-up tents, consolidating supplies to placing back in storage, etc.

The more hands we have the quicker the work will go and we can assist our fabulous custodial and administrative staff in going home ASAP after a long day (and your planning committee too)!
