Let's virtually meet to prep a week before the second-Monday student Green Team meetings for 2026-2027 SY! First in-person student meeting is 12 October 2026, and so first virtual planning meeting is 4 October.

Let's keep the discussion centered on SPES Green Team items, noting other Grounds/Boone's Backyard items for action offline. We can then take the week before the student meeting to have discussions with other stakeholders, gather materials, etc.

This effort is 100% volunteer, and everyone understands life happens! Please do not worry if you cannot make one or all Sunday morning meetings! We also don't have to take the full 30 minutes if we don't need it!

Agenda bullets will be emailed at least 24 hours prior to the virtual meeting.
